Real estate 1991-2005
1991-1995:
In 1991, John B. started working in the real estate business without any experience or studies. At the end of 1992, after he found out that he liked the work he was doing, and started his real estate studies.
His work dedication became an asset for the companies he was working. By making the customer his priority, he gained a lot of experience, and his serious commitment and honest approach, were appreciated by many customers. He increased significantly both, sales and turnover.
1995-2005:
After being regularly advised by various bank directors and notaries to start his own business in 1995, he created his own company. While the 3-year business plan forcast a 2-year non-profit period, within 8 months the business thrived and grew to include 5 employees and having profit.
Over the years, more success was achieved with a innovative vision and above all creative approach. Creating various partnerships and supporting his employees in the best way gave him more opportunities for building a highly successful company in a short time. This created also the opportunity of expanding rapidly internationally.
In 2005 at the age of 36, John B. sold all of his companies and real estate worldwide and wanted to start a sabbatical for 3 years. After years of hard work, it was now time to think about himself. He failed because after a short period, he got involved with the Paralympic sports, engaging and learning about accesibility, inclusion and disabled sports. He also started supporting several Paralympic athletes.
After 2005, he sometimes gave presentations at universities about his real estate experiences. Also, he was supporting and advising different Start-up companies over the years until 2020.
